The Work Integrated Learning Program is a special learning-integrated program that gives BCA and B.Sc. students the opportunity to pursue an amazing career at Wipro while obtaining an M.Tech degree from a top Indian university, which is supported by Wipro.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as applicable by the University guidelines
Passing Years: 2023, 2024
Qualification:
BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Application.
Computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, electronics, and physics are among the eligible streams for the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).
For the tenth and twelfth grades, open school or distance learning is permitted. Only one backlog is permitted during the online assessment, and candidates must finish the backlogs in addition to the sixth semester.
Core mathematics must have been studied as one of the required subjects for graduation.
Applied mathematics and business mathematics will not be regarded as core mathematics after graduation.
Between the tenth grade and the start of graduation, a maximum of three years of GAP in education is permitted.
There can be no gaps throughout graduation. Graduation must be finished within three years of the commencement of the program.

Selection Process:
Each qualified applicant must complete an online test; the information is included below for your reference.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:
- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Business discussion
Round 3 – HR Discussion
Service Agreement 60 months.
Please note: You are liable to payback joining bonus on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.
