Qualifications & Educations

  • 0–1 years of experience in large data analysis, database design and optimization, network administration, dev-ops, or Linux systems administration. Programming and scripting knowledge in Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP

Positions and Duties:

Above all, this is a customer support position in the cloud.

Resolving client concerns through a variety of customer contact channels, including web/live chat, email, and the phone, is the primary responsibility of a support engineer on an ordinary day.

By carefully collaborating with customers to delve deeply into the underlying cause of an issue, you will employ sophisticated troubleshooting techniques to deliver customized solutions for our clients and enhance customer experiences.

In addition to working on a wide range of technical problems, an AWS Support Engineer may also coach and mentor new hires, create and deliver training, collaborate with development teams on complex problems or contact deflection initiatives, take part in new hires, write tools or scripts to assist the team, or collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and process improvement to guarantee improved customer experience and adherence to international AWS standards, practices, and policies.
